Welcome to South Dakota Hunting! South Dakota is a great place to live, work, and of course hunt. I grew up hunting in Minnesota where we walked all day to bag only a few rooster pheasants. When I moved to South Dakota, I learned pheasant hunting wasn’t nearly as challenging. If you’ve ever been pheasant hunting in South Dakota, you’ll know what I mean. There are millions of pheasants in this great state that make every trip to the field a spectacle.
